Welcome to Happy Tiger. Before you dive into our exclusive games, it's essential that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). I know, I know... reading T&Cs is nobody's idea of a good time. It’s the ultimate wall of text. But this document is incredibly important. It forms a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and us (Happytiger ApS). It outlines the rules of the road for using our website, our App, and all our services. By choosing to Register an account, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction & Your Agreement
1.1. These Terms apply to all services offered by Happytiger ApS, trading as Happy Tiger, a company registered in Denmark and licensed to operate in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) under account number 57641.
1.2. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
1.3. We may need to change these Terms from time to time for various reasons, including changes in law or our services. If we make a material change, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website before the change comes into effect. Your continued use of our services after such notification will be deemed as your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Your Account
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Great Britain to open an account with us. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these criteria.
2.2. You are only permitted to open one account. If we discover you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all of them and void any winnings.
2.3. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date. You can update most details in the "My Account" section after you Login.
2.4. You are responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share it with anyone. All activity on your account is your responsibility, so if you suspect someone else has accessed it, you must inform us immediately.
2.5. We are required by our UKGC licence to perform verification checks (KYC). This may require you to provide us with identification documents. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in your account being suspended and winnings withheld. This is covered in our Privacy Policy.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. All funds deposited into your account must be from a payment method that is registered in your own name. We do not accept funds from third parties.
3.2. We are required by law to segregate player funds. This means your balance is held in a separate bank account from our operational funds, offering a 'Medium' level of protection as defined by the UKGC.
3.3. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure.
3.4. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours, but this is dependent on your account being fully verified. The time it takes for the funds to reach you will depend on your chosen payment provider.
3.5. We reserve the right to apply limits to deposits and withdrawals and to carry out enhanced due diligence checks for larger transactions, in line with our regulatory requirements.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1. All promotional offers, including our welcome bonus and any offers claimed with a Promo, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, in addition to these main Terms.
4.2. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are limited to one per person, household, and IP address.
4.3. Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement. This is the amount you must bet before the bonus funds and any associated winnings are converted to real, withdrawable cash. This will be clearly stated in the offer's terms.
4.4. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any promotion at our discretion. We also reserve the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings if we find evidence of promotional abuse or irregular play. "Irregular play" includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets or using bonus funds solely to progress through bonus stages.
5. Responsible Gaming

5.3. If you choose to self-exclude, we will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling with us. This is a formal process and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has passed.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1. The use of our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or improper purpose is strictly prohibited.
6.2. The use of any external software, artificial intelligence, or "bots" to play our games is strictly forbidden. All decisions must be made by you, the player.
6.3. Collusion with other players is prohibited. If we suspect any of these activities, we reserve the right to close your account and void all associated winnings.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1. We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure our website and games are free from errors, we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
7.2. In the event of a game malfunction, all wagers and payouts are void. Our liability in such a case is limited to the amount of the original stake.
7.3. Our maximum liability to you for any event is limited to the amount in your account or the amount of the disputed wager, whichever is smaller.
